Small items

Small items include everyday products such as clothing, accessories, books, mobile phones, gadgets, cosmetics, and other household essentials. Basically, everything that can be handled by our standard courier service, except for large appliances, bulky furniture, or TVs over 43″.

Large items

Standard Delivery (within 2–4 working days): Charges vary by location

Rs. 150 Onwards

Next day delivery it next day on weekdays

Scheduled Delivery: Choose a preferred time slot between 9am–5pm

(additional charge).

Large items are products that are oversized or heavy, requiring special handling or dedicated delivery. Furniture & Home Décor, Sports Equipment (bulky), and Bike Spares (heavy).

Exchange or Return of Goods

At MiniExpress.lk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item was not delivered within the promised timeframe.

Eligibility for Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Evidence such as photos or videos of the damage must be provided within 7 days of receiving the product.

Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a product that differs from your order, we will offer a full refund or send the correct product at no additional cost.

Non-Delivery of Products
If the item is not delivered within the specified timeframe, you may request a refund. (Please note: minor courier delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.)

Products are not eligible for return/refund if:

  • Items are used, tampered with, or not in original condition/packaging.

  • The warranty card, invoice, or accessories are missing.

  • The item is marked as non-refundable / final sale.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, bank account).

How to Request a Refund

    Include your Order Number, Reason for refund, and photos/videos (if applicable).

  3. Return the Item (if required)

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping charges.

Exceptions

Certain items are exempt from refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed
